Divico Consultores is looking for recent engineering graduates and young technical professionals interested in starting their careers in a practical, hands-on manufacturing environment in the Netherlands.
You will have the opportunity to work with advanced technical products, modules and systems, contributing to their assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
These opportunities are particularly suitable for candidates who want to apply their engineering knowledge in practice and understand how complex technical systems are built, tested and improved.
You do not need previous experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry. We are more interested in your technical foundation, practical abilities and motivation to work directly with technology.

Your responsibilities
Depending on the position, your tasks may include:
•Assembling mechanical, electrical or electromechanical components and systems.
•Following technical drawings, assembly instructions and work procedures.
•Testing products and checking that components and systems function correctly.
•Identifying technical issues and supporting troubleshooting activities.
•Using technical tools and equipment during assembly and testing.
•Recording test results and reporting technical deviations.
•Working closely with colleagues from different technical disciplines.
•Learning new products, technologies and manufacturing processes.

Requisitos

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a technical focus, Automation and Robotics, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
•Approximately 0–2 years of professional experience. Recent graduates are welcome.
•A genuine interest in practical technical work, assembly, testing or troubleshooting.
•Confidence working with tools, equipment or technical systems, gained through employment, internships, university projects, laboratory work or personal projects.
•A systematic and accurate approach to tasks.
•Ability to follow technical instructions and identify practical problems.
•Curiosity, motivation to learn and a proactive attitude.
•Good spoken and written English (C1).
•Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands.

Practical experience does not necessarily need to come from a full-time job. University projects, Formula Student, robotics, electronics, computer building, vehicle repairs and other technical hobbies can also demonstrate relevant skills.
Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing or cleanroom environments is not essential.
