Divico Consultores is looking for technically skilled professionals to join high-tech manufacturing environments in the Netherlands.

In these hands-on roles, you will work with mechanical and electrical components, technical modules, machinery and equipment. Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include assembly, wiring, testing, maintenance, adjustment and troubleshooting.

We are interested in practical professionals who enjoy working with tools and technical equipment, take pride in accurate work and want to develop their skills in an advanced manufacturing environment.

Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry is not required. Relevant skills gained in other technical sectors are equally interesting.

Your responsibilities

Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:

• Assembling mechanical, electrical and electromechanical components.
• Building or installing modules, cabinets, equipment and technical systems.
• Performing cable routing, wiring and electrical or mechanical connections.
• Using hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment.
• Following technical drawings, assembly instructions and safety procedures.
• Testing equipment and checking that components and systems function correctly.
• Identifying faults, investigating problems and supporting troubleshooting activities.
• Performing adjustments, maintenance or repairs where required.
• Recording test results and reporting technical issues.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Requisitos

• Approximately 2–5 years of genuine hands-on technical experience in assembly, equipment manufacturing, maintenance, testing, repair or a related field.
• Technical vocational training, preferably FP, in an area such as: Mecatrónica Industrial, Automatización y Robótica Industrial, Mantenimiento Electrónico, Sistemas Electrotécnicos y Automatizados, Fabricación Mecánica, Mantenimiento Electromecánico, Electromecánica de Vehículos, Aircraft or aviation maintenance, or another relevant mechanical, electrical or mechatronic discipline.
• Confidence using tools and working directly with technical equipment.
• A careful, accurate and systematic approach.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and, where relevant, interpret technical drawings.
• Practical problem-solving skills and an interest in understanding how equipment works.
• Good spoken and written English (C1).
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and relocate to the Netherlands.

Candidates with equivalent practical experience may also be considered, depending on the position.
